What exactly is mobile auto detailing?
Mobile auto detailing means we bring all our professional equipment directly to your location — whether that's your home, apartment complex, workplace, or anywhere else your car is parked. You don't need to drop your car off anywhere or wait at a shop.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Houston and the Greater Houston metro area, including Spring and The Woodlands. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, contact us and we'll let you know.
Do I need to be home while you work?
No — you don't need to be present. As long as we can access your vehicle and you've paid at booking, we can complete the service while you're busy. We'll notify you when we're done. Many customers are at work or running errands while we detail their car.
Do you bring your own water and equipment?
Yes, we bring everything — professional-grade products, tools, vacuums, and our own water supply. You don't need to provide anything. Just make sure we can park near your vehicle.

Booking
How do I book an appointment?
Booking is easy — use our online booking wizard. Select your service, pick an available date and time, choose your vehicle type, enter your contact info, and pay securely. The whole process takes under 2 minutes.
What days and times are you available?
Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are closed Monday through Thursday. If you need a weekday appointment, contact us and we may be able to accommodate in special cases.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes, you can reschedule or cancel by contacting us at least 24 hours before your appointment. For cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, a small fee may apply. Contact us directly to make changes.

Payment
Can I pay through the website?
Yes! We accept secure online payment through our booking wizard. You can pay with any major credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) processed securely through Square. Alternatively, you can pay on the day of service via cash, Venmo, or Zelle.
When am I charged?
If you pay online, your card is charged at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If you prefer to pay on the day of service (cash, Venmo, Zelle), simply select that option during checkout.
Is online payment secure?
Absolutely. We use Square — a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers. We never see or handle your card number directly.
Times vary slightly based on vehicle size and condition. Larger or dirtier vehicles may take longer.
Why is there a vehicle upcharge?
Larger vehicles require more time, product, and labor. Our upcharges are $25 for midsize SUVs and standard trucks, $40 for large SUVs and minivans, and $50 for full-size crew cabs and oversized vehicles. The base price always applies to sedans, coupes, and hatchbacks.
What's your satisfaction guarantee?
If you're not satisfied with your service, contact us within 24 hours and we'll come back to address any concerns — completely free. We stand behind our work and your satisfaction is our top priority.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! Our monthly membership plan is the best value — get 4 exterior washes per month for just $95 (vs $300 if paid individually). Members also get exclusive discounts on upgraded services. Learn more about membership →
